    • dane diagnostyczne i o wydajności SDK.
Google wykorzystuje je do wyświetlania i mierzenia reklam, statystyk i ochrony przed oszustwami; transmisja jest szyfrowana. Więcej: jak Google korzysta z danych z aplikacji partnerów, polityka prywatności Google.
  4. Zgoda na reklamy (RODO)

W EOG, Wielkiej Brytanii i Szwajcarii przed pierwszą reklamą pojawia się formularz zgody Google (UMP). Możesz przyjąć reklamy spersonalizowane, odrzucić je albo ustawić szczegóły. Bez zgody reklamy nie są personalizowane. Decyzję zmienisz w każdej chwili w zakładce Biuro, w księdze, pozycją o prywatności reklam (widoczną tam, gdzie formularz obowiązuje). Podstawą jest Twoja zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), a dla reklam niespersonalizowanych i ochrony przed oszustwami prawnie uzasadniony interes.

Zmienisz to w Ustawieniach iOS → Prywatność i ochrona → Śledzenie.

  6. Przypomnienie

Jeśli pozwolisz, gra przypomni o Zgubie dnia jednym lokalnym powiadomieniem o 19:00, najwyżej raz dziennie. Planuje je sam telefon: bez usługi push, bez serwera i bez tokenu powiadomień. Wyłączysz je w księdze albo w ustawieniach systemu.

  8. Nowa soczewka (zakup w aplikacji)

Możesz też złożyć skargę do organu ochrony danych, w Polsce do Prezesa UODO.

What the office knows about you

iOS and Android · effective November 5, 2026

In short: the Lost & Found keeps no file on its players. There is no account and no server of ours, and your progress lives only on your phone. The one company that receives data is Google, when it loads an ad. Payments are handled by Apple or Google.

  1. Who runs the office

Lostopia is published by JaworIT Daniel Jaworski, the data controller. Write to kontakt@jaworit.pl.

  2. What stays in your pocket

On your phone the game stores: solved scenes and stars, stamps, curiosities in the Cabinet, your hint stock and its refill clock, Daily Find results, the streak calendar, the settings from the ledger in the Office tab (language, sound, vibration, list style, left-handed layout, outlines), the reminder state, ad and launch counters (so a full-screen ad never shows in your first session or too often) and whether you own the lens upgrade. None of it leaves the phone. All of it is gone when you clear the app data or delete the app.

You create no account and give no name or email. The game contains no analytics and no crash-reporting tools.

  3. Ads from Google (AdMob)

The free game shows a banner on the map, in the Cabinet and in the streak calendar, never inside a scene; now and then a full-screen ad between scenes (not before the sixth scene, at most once every three scenes, never around the Daily Find); and rewarded ads that you start yourself. Google serves them through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and when an ad loads the SDK may send Google:
    • device identifiers: the advertising identifier (on iOS the IDFA only with your permission, on Android the Android advertising ID) and the app set ID,
    • your IP address and an approximate location derived from it,
    • how an ad was shown or tapped,
    • diagnostic and performance data about the SDK.
Google uses this to serve and measure ads, for statistics and to fight fraud; it is encrypted in transit. More: how Google uses information from apps that use its services, Google Privacy Policy.
  4. Ad consent (GDPR)

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form (UMP) appears before the first ad. You can accept personalised ads, decline them or set the details. Without consent, ads are not personalised. You can change your choice any time in the Office tab, in the ledger, under the ad privacy entry (shown where the form applies). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for non-personalised ads and fraud prevention, legitimate interest.

  5. Tracking on iPhone (ATT)

After the consent form, iOS asks whether the game may track your activity. Google gets the IDFA only if you allow it; the game plays the same either way. Change it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID in the system settings.

  6. The reminder

If you allow it, the game reminds you of the Daily Find with one local notification at 19:00, at most once a day. Your phone schedules it on its own: no push service, no server, no notification token. Turn it off in the ledger or in system settings.

  7. Sharing a result

You can send your Daily Find result as text with coloured squares through the system share sheet. You pick the recipient; nothing reaches us, and the game never asks for your photos.

  8. The lens upgrade (in-app purchase)

Pani Lupa's lens upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase with no subscription (in the App Store and Google Play it is called "Premium"). Apple or Google processes the payment; we never see your payment details. The game only learns whether the purchase is active and keeps that on your phone.

  9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

  10. Your rights

We keep no data about you on any server, so there is nothing for us to hand over or erase; you delete the game's data yourself. Withdraw ad consent in the ledger, reset the advertising ID in your system settings, and use Google's tools for the rest. You may also complain to a data protection authority.

  11. Changes to this ticket

A new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and important changes will be mentioned in the game or in the update notes.

Fundzettel Nr. 001
Lostopia · Datenschutz-Fundzettel

Was das Fundbüro über dich weiß

iOS und Android · gültig ab 5. November 2026

  1. Wer das Fundbüro führt

Lostopia wird von JaworIT Daniel Jaworski herausgegeben, dem Verantwortlichen. Schreib an kontakt@jaworit.pl.

  2. Was in deiner Tasche bleibt

  11. Änderungen an diesem Zettel

Escribe a kontakt@jaworit.pl.
